Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Initiating a Return

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@ecotoneus.com. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of why you want to return the item.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
  3. If your return is approved, we will be provided a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address. 
  4. Items being returned to ECOTONE Blanks must be shipped pre-paid by the customer. Ship the return using the carrier of your choice. We recommend requesting a tracking code and shipping receipt. ECOTONE Blanks is not responsible for packages lost in transit. 
  5. Returns received by ECOTONE Blanks without RA# will be refused. 

Refund

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please follow the same process outlined above to initiate a return. Once your return is approved and received, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
